  Facility is unable to accommodate RTO requests for the following holiday dates: 11/28, 11/29, 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, 1/1
  
  Candidates contracted for 48 hours - OT is billed after 48hrs
  
  MS/Tele Ratios: 1:5/6 with occasional 1:7.
  
  REQUIRED: BLS, ACLS
