$1,840 per week About The Position Job Title: Travel Registered

(PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Registered Nurse Compact
License Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS Must-Have: Willingness to
float to other units and hospitals Description: The Progressive
Care Unit (PCU) offers an environment ideal for developing nursing
skills. This unit fosters a culture of family and teamwork. The PCU
is a 24/7 acute care unit specializing in medical and surgical
care. It accommodates up to 36 patients. Medical patients include
those needing dialysis and telemetry monitoring. Surgical patient
populations include orthopedic procedures and general surgery. The
team provides patient-centered care aiming for optimal outcomes.
There is a strong focus on pain management, mobility, and
complication prevention. The nurse/patient ratio is 1:6 and is
supported by a Team Leader. An associate degree in nursing is
required. Experience required is 18 months to 2 years, with one
year in the field of specialty. The team is dedicated to ensuring a
pleasant and secure patient experience. Electronic Medical Records
(EMR) system is Meditech. Scrub color is solid navy blue.
Guaranteed weekly hours of 36. Floating is required to different
