ICU Nurse - Night Shift at ScionHealth summary:
As an ICU Nurse working the night shift at Vaughn Regional Medical Center, you will provide compassionate critical care and support patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You will develop nursing care plans, communicate with interdisciplinary staff, and participate in discharge planning to ensure exceptional patient experiences. This role requires an Associate's degree in nursing and a valid RN license in the State of Alabama, along with BLS certification.

As a Registered Nurse / RN you will:
--- Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of
Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
--- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as
necessary.
--- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing
Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
--- Participate in discharge planning process.

Qualifications

Minimum Education
Associate's degree required

Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS)--must be BLS certified within 30 days from hire date.

Required Skills
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of AL
