Press Brake Operator

FULL-TIME

$24/hr

Starting pay is $24-$28 DOE.
--- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal plates and sheets.
--- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to determine the required specifications for
each job.
--- Select the appropriate tooling, dies, and machinery settings for each bending operation.
--- Position metal plates and sheets onto the press brake machine and accurately align them according to the
specified measurements.
--- Adjust machine settings such as speed, pressure, and depth to ensure precise bending and shaping of the metal.
--- Monitor the operation of the press brake machine, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and
productivity.
--- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications, dimensions, and quality standards.
--- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press brake machines to ensure optimal performance and prevent
malfunctions.
--- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues or notify the maintenance department for repairs.
--- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient
work environment.
