Duration: 07 months of contract - (Based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire)
Pay Range: $21/hr to $23.44/Hr.
Shift: Monday to Friday - 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Description:
ASAP start // hybrid schedule (mon-wed) in office (thurs-fri) at home
Knowledge in finance, brokeridge, or insurance experience
The primary responsibilities of this role are to review brokerage financial transactions related to DAC/RAP and Trades Done Away to ensure delivery instructions, settlement timeframes, and funds availability are in good order.


The candidate will be responsible for:
Entering Trade Settlement Instructions received from Bank's Office personnel

Sending, receiving, and completing Letters of Free Funds (LOFF) utilizing trading information and funding availability

Approve settlement transactions based on funding/asset availability

Research availability of funds to complete payment requests

Help resolve any unsettled or unmatched transactions by communicating with all impacted stakeholders

Assist team members in other functions as volumes dictate

Providing assistance with various reporting responsibilities

Providing subject matter expertise and service to Client Associates/Financial Advisors and Client Relationship Managers regarding supported processes


Skills:
Expertise in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to perform in a proactive and effective manner across all levels of the organization

Ability to research discrepancies utilizing investigation skills and intellectual curiosity

College degree preferred

Previous experience with Bank back office applications
